ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Implement best practices in coding with support of AI
- Perform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.
- Conduct work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, Incident management and security
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.).
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions.
- Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
- Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.
- Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.
- Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality deliverables.
- Explore generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities.
- Deploy AI models for automated content generation and predictive analytics.

- On call rotation responsibilities with the Service Delivery and Operations Team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the DevSecOps engineering discipline, prefer enterprise engineering experience or equivalent
- Experience with Application and Infrastructure Operations
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks and infrastructure management.
- In-depth knowledge of programming frameworks (e.g., .NET, JAVA) and application development.
- Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management, including writing and maintaining modules.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including creating and managing pipelines.
- Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including designing and implementing cloud services and architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring platform reliability and scalability.
