The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Engineering ensures raw data is usable and accessible for the organization. Data Engineering encompasses numerous specialties of data acquisition, integration, and provisioning.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the implementation of data transformation projects as part of our enterprise data strategy. This role will serve as the technical leader and subject matter expert for enterprise data platforms, supporting multiple business segments and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of the data modernization projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture and strategy.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.
- Guide and mentor application and project teams on best practices for data engineering, analytics.
- Drive the adoption of the Lakehouse architecture, integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
- Partner with data governance, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Data and Analytics, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Proven experience implementing and scaling Data Lakehouse Platform in a complex enterprise environment
- Deep expertise in data engineering, analytics and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data architecture principles.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a matrixed environment supporting multiple business units and projects
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps for data, and data governance frameworks, preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise data strategy and data product thinking, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $123,400 – 176,300
