Your Team, Your Impact
This role is responsible for the sustaining, stability, and operational support of Marvell’s enterprise test data analytics platforms, Silicon.da (SDA). The position ensures reliable data flows, high data quality, effective user support, and timely issue resolution across manufacturing, test, and engineering stakeholders in a global environment.This role is execution and operations focused, with emphasis on sustaining, issue resolution, and user enablement. The position partners closely with senior engineering and program leadership but does not own platform architecture or development roadmaps.
What You Can Expect
Sustain day‑to‑day operations of Silicon.da, ensuring, data continuity, and operational readiness
Monitor, investigate, and resolve data loading failures, discrepancies, and quality issues across wafer, bump, wafer sort, assembly, final test, and system‑level test stages
Serve as a primary support contact for data‑related issues filed through ServiceNow, Slack, including data issues, and platform usage questions
Coordinate with OSATs, foundries, internal IT teams, and external vendors to diagnose and remediate data flow and integration issues
Track sustainment issues using action trackers and gap analysis documents, and drive issues to closure through structured follow‑up
Participate in recurring sustainment reviews, gap‑resolution meetings, and operational alignment discussions with cross‑functional teams
Support user onboarding, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities for Silicon.da users
Communicate planned maintenance, system changes, known issues, and operational updates to user communities as needed
Additional responsibilities may include:
Implement and enforce Marvell data standards and specifications (STDF, MES, production data transfer), and ensure compliance across internal and external data sources
Develop, maintain, and improve sustainment documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting references, and standard operating procedures
Provide regular status updates and risk visibility to engineering and management stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Experience supporting manufacturing, test, or data platforms in a semiconductor or high‑tech environment
Hands‑on experience with test data, production data pipelines, or data quality management is preferred
Ability to debug complex data issues and work across organizational and company boundaries to drive resolution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders
Experience with OptimalPlus, SiliconDash, Silicon.da, or similar enterprise analytics platforms
Familiarity with support ticket management models
Experience working with OSATs, foundries, or external vendors in a production environment
