Your Team, Your Impact

This role is responsible for the sustaining, stability, and operational support of Marvell’s enterprise test data analytics platforms, Silicon.da (SDA). The position ensures reliable data flows, high data quality, effective user support, and timely issue resolution across manufacturing, test, and engineering stakeholders in a global environment.
This role is execution and operations focused, with emphasis on sustaining, issue resolution, and user enablement. The position partners closely with senior engineering and program leadership but does not own platform architecture or development roadmaps.

What You Can Expect

  • Sustain day‑to‑day operations of Silicon.da, ensuring, data continuity, and operational readiness

  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve data loading failures, discrepancies, and quality issues across wafer, bump, wafer sort, assembly, final test, and system‑level test stages

  • Serve as a primary support contact for data‑related issues filed through ServiceNow, Slack, including data issues, and platform usage questions

  • Coordinate with OSATs, foundries, internal IT teams, and external vendors to diagnose and remediate data flow and integration issues

  • Track sustainment issues using action trackers and gap analysis documents, and drive issues to closure through structured follow‑up

  • Participate in recurring sustainment reviews, gap‑resolution meetings, and operational alignment discussions with cross‑functional teams

  • Support user onboarding, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities for Silicon.da users

  • Communicate planned maintenance, system changes, known issues, and operational updates to user communities as needed

  • Additional responsibilities may include:

    • Implement and enforce Marvell data standards and specifications (STDF, MES, production data transfer), and ensure compliance across internal and external data sources

    • Develop, maintain, and improve sustainment documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting references, and standard operating procedures

    • Provide regular status updates and risk visibility to engineering and management stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, test, or data platforms in a semiconductor or high‑tech environment

  • Hands‑on experience with test data, production data pipelines, or data quality management is preferred

  • Ability to debug complex data issues and work across organizational and company boundaries to drive resolution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders

  • Experience with OptimalPlus, SiliconDash, Silicon.da, or similar enterprise analytics platforms

  • Familiarity with support ticket management models

  • Experience working with OSATs, foundries, or external vendors in a production environment
