Senior Engineer CNC

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing manufacturing processes, utilizing your many engineering competencies including mostly CNC skills but also Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing and automation. This role requires a broad knowledge of principles and practices of CNC technology and ability to deliver complex assignments.

What will you do? 

• Technical and operational support to CNC manufacturing operations  

• Ensure quality of process and product as defined in appropriate specifications 

• Structured problem solving 

• Continuously improve the performance of the process 
• Engage in the implementation of lean manufacturing 
• Communicate and participate in system and process troubleshooting with support team members and with external agents 

• Process NC/CAPA in his/her area of responsibility 

• Taking part/leading in development process of PFEMA, Control Plans. 

• Conducting SPC and MSA studies for new/modified processes. 

• Integration of new process with MES / SAP systems.   

What do you need?

• BS in Engineering 

• At least 3 years experience in implementing/improving CNC processes. 

• CNC Machining Knowledge (Swiss turning, milling, CNC grinding) 

• Experience in CNC programming (Fanuc, Sinumerik, Mazatrol) 

• Experience and knowledge in process validation/PPAP.  

• Knowledge of GD&T is a must. 

• Experience in using analytical tools like PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE will be an advantage. 

• Demonstrable strong  analytical & problem solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

• Technological expert, willing to source, investigate and implement technological advances 

• Fluency in Polish and English (writing and speaking) is a must
