As a Senior Project Manager in General Analytics, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of analytics projects that support enterprise-wide goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data engineers, analysts, and business leaders—to ensure projects are executed efficiently and deliver actionable insights. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, operational discipline, and the ability to translate analytics into business value.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects across multiple business units.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with analytics teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions by engaging stakeholders and communicating insights effectively.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within analytics initiatives.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to organizational best practices in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in analytics or data-driven environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools, methodologies, and data governance practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
