Senior Endpoint Engineer (Intune Migration & Automation for iOS)

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Graph API, and endpoint automation to drive the migration of enterprise iOS and iPadOS device management from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will combine strong mobile endpoint engineering, automation, and migration experience to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions within a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of enterprise iOS and iPadOS device management from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune, including policies, compliance controls, applications, enrollment profiles, and device lifecycle processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, and Azure automation services to improve operational efficiency and platform management.
• Engineer and support Intune mobile management capabilities including enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Manage Apple ecosystem integrations, including Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), supervised devices, Apps & Books, and managed application deployments.
• Provide advanced engineering and Level 3 support for mobile endpoint platforms, ensuring platform reliability, security, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Network, and Application teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable endpoint management solutions while maintaining technical documentation and operational runbooks.

• 6+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, Mobility Engineering, Modern Workplace Engineering, or a related enterprise infrastructure role.
• Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale MDM/UEM migration projects, preferably from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune administration for iOS/iPadOS, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and reporting.
• Proven experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apple enterprise management, including Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), supervised devices, and managed application deployment.
• Experience with Conditional Access, certificate-based authentication, PKI, Git/Azure DevOps, and enterprise security best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, or other enterprise automation platforms.
• Experience building operational dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Azure Monitor, or Log Analytics.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, request management processes, and platform integrations.
• Experience with Zero Trust and mobile security technologies such as Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Zimperium, or Lookout.
• Experience with Python or C# for API integrations, automation, and lightweight application development.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Developer Associate.
