Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.               

Role Type:     Full time

Salary:         $125,000 - $155,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:

We are looking for a driven, independent thinker, with excellent customer service skills to join our Data Center Services team to help manage our fleet of end user compute devices; virtual, physical, and mobile, with a concentration on InTune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and automation for virtual and physical desktops.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and implement Microsoft Intune features, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.

• Implement security polices and operating system configurations via Intune.

• Document and manage system baselines and compliance polices.

• Package and deploy applications in a hybrid MCM and Intune environment.

• Oversee and validate vulnerability remediation.

• Oversee and validate application baseline adherence.

• Collaborate with support teams to communicate changes.

• Support and maintain Windows operating system and associated applications.

• Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365.

• Assist with management of virtual desktops in a VMware/Horizon based environment.

• Support and maintain applications in an ‘Instant Clone’ based environment.

• Assist with management of laptops.

• Assist with communication to employees relative to major operational changes.

• Manage and attest to end user compute inventory.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates Degree (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will also be considered. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Relevant industry certifications.

Basic Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Intune.

• 10 years’ experience using SCCM/MECM/MCM for Windows management.

• 10 years’ experience managing Windows based systems in a corporate environment.

• 5 years’ experience using PowerShell scripting for automation and customization.

• 5 years installing Windows Operating System, utilizing imaging-based technics.

• 5 years’ experience managing Windows using Group Policy and InTune Policy.

• 5 years’ experience managing Windows Operating System in a virtual infrastructure.

• 5 years’ experience managing virtual infrastructure in a Horizon environment.

• Direct customer service experience for end-user support.

• 5 years’ experience using scripting languages to automate routine processes.

• 5 years’ experience creating system design documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
