Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Enablement Specialist to support and evolve our enablement technology portfolio, driving impactful learning experiences across our Go-to-Customer and Channel organisations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, data, and technology who wants to improve how customer-facing teams onboard, upskill, and succeed.
About the Team
The Growth Enablement team builds and delivers training programs that empower our sales and customer-facing teams throughout their journey at Rapid7-from onboarding to continuous development. We align closely with the business to ensure every team member is equipped to confidently position and sell our solutions.
About the Role
As an Enablement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimise enablement technologies that support effective learning and operational excellence. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Manage and maintain the functionality of learning platforms, including permissions, groups, and content workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to support the design, build, and delivery of enablement programs
- Coordinate set-up and follow-up of enablement sessions to ensure a seamless learner experience
- Generate reports and analyse data to measure program impact and engagement
- Support vendor relationships and align with cross-functional teams on content and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain documentation such as system workflows, guides, and process maps
- Identify opportunities to enhance learner experience through better platform configuration and UX design
- Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to drive adoption of learning tools and resources
- Support learner communications and engagement initiatives to boost awareness and participation

- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proven experience working with enablement or learning platforms (LMS) in an admin or power-user role
- Data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights and tell compelling stories from enablement data
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent learner experiences
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency with reporting and workflow documentation
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and ability to pivot quickly
- Bonus: exposure to learning experience design (LxD), UX principles, or digital content strategy
