The Senior Enablement Experience Manager oversees Vanta's learning platform, designing and executing impactful learning programs, partnering with teams for training success, and using AI to enhance learning experiences.
Summary Generated by Built In

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

As a Senior Enablement Experience Manager at Vanta, you will own the strategy and roadmap for our learning platform (LMS/LXP) while designing and delivering high-impact, scalable learning programs across the organization.

The People Enablement team, one of Vanta’s newest teams, aims to equip every Vantan with the skills, resources, experience and support needed to do their best work. We drive growth across the team member lifecycle through targeted development, effective enablement systems, and scalable programs that strengthen performance and reinforce a culture of excellence. Our work spans onboarding, leadership development, AI enablement, and company-wide learning tools that help Vantans succeed in a high performing environment.

This role is critical to achieving that mission by combining platform ownership with program execution. You will ensure we are maximizing the value of our learning tools while also building and scaling impactful learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do as a Senior Enablement Experience Manager at Vanta:

  • LMS/LXP Platform Management

    • Lead the build, management, and evolution of Vanta's learning platform (LMS/LXP), defining the strategy, roadmap, and rollout across the company

    • Treat the platform as a product, continuously improving the experience based on data, feedback, and business needs

    • Identify and launch new features, workflows, and learning experiences — including AI-powered tools — to drive adoption, usage, and impact

    • Act as the go-to platform expert, enabling teams to adopt it and embed learning into their day-to-day work

    • Partner with teams (e.g., GTM, People Ops, G&A, Engineering) to understand needs and deliver scalable platform solutions

Building & Scaling Async Learning Programs

    • Design and deliver end-to-end learning programs, building structured, async-first journeys with targeted live moments where they add value

    • Build and scale programs in key areas such as onboarding, leadership development, and AI upskilling

    • Use AI tools to accelerate how content is created, curated, and translated into structured learning journeys with clear goals and measurable outcomes

    • Define success metrics and report on learning engagement and outcomes to stakeholders and business leaders

    • Use data and insights to improve programs, inform strategy, and prioritize highest-impact work

How to be successful in this role:

  • 4–6+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement, with ownership of programs or platforms from scoping through launch and iteration

  • Track record of standing up or evolving an LMS, LXP, or similar platform, including configuration and driving adoption across teams

  • Ability to independently lead cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, set priorities, and deliver with autonomy

  • Built async dynamic learning programs such as onboarding, leadership, or skill-based programs such as: AI using formats such as modules, videos, guides, etc.

  • Skilled at curating and translating content into structured learning journeys with clear goals and outcomes

  • Partnered with business teams to identify skill gaps and translate them into scalable learning solutions

  • Defined success metrics and used data such as platform analytics, surveys, and feedback to evaluate programs, improve outcomes, and report results to stakeholders or business leaders

  • Proven ability to drive adoption of tools or programs across teams

  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve content creation, program design, or workflow efficiency, with good judgment on when to use them

  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
