Our purpose is to invest for a better world, and we have been pioneers in this space for almost 40 years. For us, investing has two aims – generating solid financial returns and a positive impact for people, planet, and animals. At Australian Ethical, we prove that money can be a force for good. We do this by staying true to our purpose, which is embedded throughout our organisation and drives our everyday activities as a business, investor, brand, employer, and corporate citizen. We’re a registered B Corp and fully committed to an inclusive, equitable and forward-thinking workplace culture.

Your New Role

In this newly created role as the Senior Employer Partnerships Manager, you will build and shape the evolution of Australian Ethical’s employer channel by deepening existing partnerships, securing new values-aligned employer opportunities, and building a scalable, data-led approach to employer and employee engagement. You will play a key role in shaping channel strategy, improving retention, and driving future growth across the employer segment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Shape the employer channel strategy across acquisition, retention, support, communications and employee engagement to support future growth
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with existing employer partners and key decision-makers across HR, payroll and finance to drive engagement, retention and employee activation
  • Develop and deliver a proactive, scalable employer service model including onboarding, issue resolution, workplace education and regular review cadences
  • Identify and pursue new employer partnership opportunities aligned to Australian Ethical’s values, building a strong pipeline through outreach, discovery and partnership development
  • Use data and insights to improve employer segmentation, visibility, reporting and decision-making, while identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Develop compelling employer and employee communications, support materials and education content that are clear, compliant and aligned to brand and values
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across Super, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data and Customer Service to deliver channel priorities
  • Act as the internal advocate for the employer channel, building momentum, clarity and focus around this growth opportunity

What We Do

A superannuation and investment fund manager with a difference. We believe that the power of money can be harnessed to deliver both competitive returns and positive change for society and the environment. By investing responsibly in well-managed, ethical companies, this is exactly what we achieve. We seek out positive investments that support people, quality and sustainability, and we avoid investments that cause unnecessary harm to people, animals, society and the environment. While we do believe a small group of people can change the world, the opportunity is far bigger than that. The more people that invest ethically, the more significant the positive change we will create. Imagine the impact of all that money invested for good. There’s never been a better time to take control of your own financial wellbeing and the wellbeing of families, communities and the planet. Ethical and sustainable investing isn’t just a part of what we do. Unlike most of our competitors, it’s everything we do. And while we’ve evolved in many ways since starting in 1986, we have always stayed true to this. Now, we manage $12.95 billion for more than 130,000 funded customers (managed fund investors and funded superannuation members) as at 30 June 2024.
