As a Senior Associate Digital Product Owner, Web Experience and Personalization in the Asia Pacific Web and Mobile team, you own the AU web experience roadmap across priority journeys and core site capabilities. You translate business and client needs into a clear backlog, then drive delivery from discovery through release and iteration. You partner with marketing, marketing technology, and global platform teams to deliver personalization and journey improvements that are measurable and compliant. You balance strategic uplift with fast, practical execution across a matrixed regional and global model. You help progress responsible AI and automation opportunities that improve client experience and delivery efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the AU web roadmap for priority client journeys and core site capabilities.
- Partner with engineering, design, content, brand, and analytics to deliver consistent, accessible, on brand experiences.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Lead backlog management, including prioritization, sequencing, and delivery readiness standards.
- Drive delivery from discovery through build, testing, release, and iteration.
- Coordinate cross functional release planning, launch readiness, and post release monitoring.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and decision points, escalating early when needed.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to convert frontline insights into well scoped problems and outcome based initiatives.
- Shape and deliver personalization journeys, aligning segmentation intent, content needs, and measurement.
- Establish practical operating practices to run, maintain, and improve personalization over time.
- Identify and progress responsible AI and automation opportunities that improve workflows and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership focused on web experience delivery.
- Demonstrated experience owning a backlog and driving delivery from discovery to release.
- Strong understanding of core web technologies, including HTML, and the ability to write clear, testable requirements.
- Experience working with engineering teams on multi device and multi browser delivery and testing.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across product, technology, marketing, design, content, and analytics.
- Ability to define success metrics, interpret performance data, and use insights to prioritize iteration.
- Working knowledge of analytics and tagging fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of experimentation and search engine optimization fundamentals.
- Experience delivering in a matrixed environment across time zones.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Ability to operate with sound risk awareness and deliver compliant, high quality outcomes.
