EBANX is one of the most successful fintechs to emerge from Latin America — and today, we are building a truly global payments company. Our mission has remained constant from day one: to unlock access and enable companies and consumers to participate in the digital economy, no matter where they are.

What started as a bold vision has grown into a platform that connects some of the world’s largest digital businesses with customers across 21 of the fastest-growing markets. We operate where complexity exists — turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building the infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter.

We are a team of builders and problem-solvers. We think globally, act with curiosity, and believe diversity of thought is a competitive advantage.

As EBANX enters its next phase of hyper growth, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of payments, expand what’s possible, and help connect businesses and consumers across borders.

Let’s build what’s next — together.

As a Senior Analyst, Employer Branding & Internal Communications, you will play a key role in strengthening how people experience and connect with EBANX — both as an employer and as a place to build their careers.

You will translate our culture, business, and purpose into meaningful experiences and communications throughout the employee journey, from onboarding and engagement to the moments that shape life at EBANX.

This role combines strategy with hands-on execution. You will partner closely with People and business teams across different countries while taking ownership of initiatives, campaigns, content, communication plans, and experiences that strengthen our employer brand and bring our culture to life.

What your day-to-day will look like
  • Build and execute EBANX’s Employer Branding strategy, connecting our culture and business strategy with our talent priorities;
  • Develop campaigns, employee stories, events, and other initiatives that strengthen EBANX’s reputation as an employer and showcase what makes the ebanker experience unique;
  • Own the Employer Brand social media strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram, from content planning and editorial calendar management to execution and performance analysis;
  • Monitor Employer Branding trends, benchmarks, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and new approaches to continuously evolve our strategy;
  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience across different moments of the employee journey;
  • Lead the evolution of our onboarding experience for local and international ebankers, including leadership onboarding, creating a consistent and meaningful experience across different audiences;
  • Establish metrics, feedback mechanisms, and success indicators to continuously measure and improve the onboarding and employee experience;
  • Act as an Internal Communications Business Partner, advising People and business teams on how to communicate effectively with different audiences across EBANX;
  • Develop communication strategies and plans for organizational initiatives, business priorities, projects, changes, and key company moments;
  • Create clear, engaging, and consistent communications across different channels, audiences, countries, and cultural contexts;
  • Manage and continuously evolve EBANX’s internal communication channels, ensuring they remain relevant, effective, and engaging for our people;
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, challenge assumptions when needed, and transform complex topics into communications and experiences that connect with our people.
What you need to shine in this role
  • Solid experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, Corporate Communications, or related areas;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging, and compelling narratives;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously;
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, taking ideas from concept to delivery;
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner with different teams and seniority levels;
  • A proactive and autonomous mindset, with strong ownership and the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
  • Service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in creating meaningful experiences for employees;
  • Adaptability and curiosity to navigate different business and cultural contexts;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
