Are you passionate about storytelling and ready to showcase what makes GetYourGuide a unique workplace? As a Senior Employer Brand Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we share our culture with candidates worldwide. By assisting in the development of creative strategies, producing authentic content and coordinating impactful campaigns, you’ll help position GetYourGuide as a top destination for exceptional talent.

You will:

• Supporting the exploration of new offline and digital channels to expand our reach and visibility.
• Coordinating our presence at internal and external industry events to enhance brand awareness and employer reputation.
• Assisting in the design and execution of innovative solutions to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Monitoring campaign results and using data to inform and refine talent attraction strategies.
• Contributing to programs that integrate employee communications and employer branding (e.g. Brand Advocacy).

Who you are

• You have hands-on experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related field, with exposure to delivering campaigns end to end.
• You can craft messages that connect with target audiences and authentically highlight key propositions.
• You’re analytical and comfortable using data to assess campaign success and guide improvements.
• You work well with cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• You’re proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment.
