The Opportunity

The Senior Employee Experience Consultant is a strategic advisor who shapes and advances employee experience strategies that drive engagement, performance, inclusion, and alignment between employee and client experience. This role partners with senior leaders to solve complex challenges, design integrated solutions, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives.

Operating with a systems-thinking and client-focused mindset, this role embeds employee experience into business operations and influences leadership decisions to improve organizational effectiveness and overall business performance. The role has primary ownership of Business Resource Group (BRG) strategy and execution, ensuring meaningful and measurable impact across the organization.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and inclusion-focused initiatives across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to align employee experience strategies with business and client outcomes.
  • Support and assist in evolving employee recognition and engagement programs to strengthen culture and organizational connection.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to leaders regarding employee engagement, culture, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement employee experience initiatives across engagement, recognition, communication, and culture.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, listening sessions, and engagement interventions.
  • Use employee feedback, engagement insights, and organizational data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with identified key stakeholder such as HR, Internal Communications, Organizational Development, and business leaders to execute initiatives successfully.
  • Deliver presentations and strategic recommendations to leaders and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity across all levels.
  • Manage projects and programs from planning through execution while maintaining alignment, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Apply organizational development and systems-thinking approaches to identify gaps and improve employee experience strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement, Belonging, recognition, and organizational culture.
  • Ability to travel 15%-20%.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in employee experience, organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, or related and inter-related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives through formal leadership and/or strategic influence roles.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong strategic consulting and advisory skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and program management capabilities to successfully lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement, DEI, BRG governance, and organizational culture best practices.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal change management experts.
  • Familiarity with organizational design concepts and organizational development approaches.
  • Ability to translate employee feedback, engagement data, and business insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to influence and consult with senior leaders and executives on culture, engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness priorities.
  • Experience identifying organizational gaps, creating strategic solutions, and aligning employee experience initiatives to future business needs.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience with employee engagement methodologies such as Gallup, CliftonStrengths, engagement surveys, or related tools preferred.

Pay Equity

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
