We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Employee Engagement Associate to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that foster a positive workplace environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing programs that enhance employee engagement and ensure effective internal communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy aligned with company goals.
- Design and oversee programs that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
- Regularly assess and monitor all programs related to employee engagement, ensuring they meet objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Guarantee that all communication messaging and materials are of high quality, accurate, and aligned with company priorities and themes.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, etc.
- 2-4 years of experience in employee engagement, communications, or a related field.
- Experience planning and implementing employment engagement activities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in content and design creation, and delivery.
- Proactive and creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective English communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Proven ability to create engaging content across various formats, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization to achieve engagement objectives.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Can-do attitude and be willing to take on new challenges.
