Responsibilities

Write, debug and deliver production grade software building the next generation of Audinate AV products.
You'll be involved in all stages of the SDLC, whilst working in a development environment that is Agile, CI/CD, TDD
Guide and mentor junior engineers
Work closely with engineering leaders to develop software architecture
Provide customer technical support
Contribute to cross-project discussions and the future direction of our Dante products

What we're looking for

Bachelor degree in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline
Strong experience of C and C++ development
Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux internals and Linux tools
Knowledge of networking software stacks
Experience with tools like JIRA, GIT, Jenkins
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated Initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team, mentoring, pairing and collaborating with others
Comfortable working in an international and Agile environment

Additional desired skills and experience

Experience with video software stack
Understanding of Android’s audio architecture: HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer), AudioFlinger, AudioPolicyManager.
Familiarity with the Android Camera HAL and video pipeline
Understanding of AOSP (Android Open Source Project) and how audio and video services are structured
