At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager – Campaign Automation to lead the evolution of our email and campaign operations from manual execution to scalable, agentic, and automated workflows. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and hands-on building, with a clear mandate to modernize how campaign operations are designed, executed, and optimized.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves to tinker, innovate, and build, and who gets energized by replacing legacy processes with intelligent automation. You will own end-to-end email operations initially, while actively experimenting with agentic marketing approaches to calibrate, optimize, and eventually transform how campaigns are run outside of email.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the complete email operations workflow—from intake through QA, scheduling, deployment, and reporting—while actively replacing manual steps with automated and agentic workflows.

  • Manage email scheduling and creation at a strategic level, with enough technical depth to influence architecture, automation logic, and execution models.

  • Apply cutting-edge tools such as Clay, Snowflake and emerging AI/agentic technologies to modernize legacy campaign and email workflows.

  • Lead the evolution of Snowflake’s Email Center of Excellence, establishing governance, standards, and automation-first best practices.

  • Build reusable, modular email frameworks and templates that support personalization, scale, and speed.

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and regional stakeholders to translate campaign goals into efficient, automated execution models.

  • Monitor deliverability, domain reputation, and database health; proactively identify issues using tools like Validity and explore collaboration workflows with Litmus.

  • Run A/B tests and analyze performance data to inform optimization and automation opportunities.

  • Code and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Velocity scripting to support dynamic and personalized email experiences.

  • Create clear documentation, playbooks, and training materials that enable adoption of new workflows and systems across teams.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign automation, or GTM systems, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated workflows across marketing and GTM systems (e.g., Marketo, Workato, CRM, data platforms).

  • A builder mindset with curiosity for automation, AI, and agentic workflows—someone who enjoys experimenting, prototyping, and improving how work gets done.

  • Comfort working with data structures, logic, and conditional workflows that power campaign execution and personalization.

  • Practical experience with HTML/CSS and the ability to debug, adapt, and optimize templates in real-world production environments.

  • Familiarity with scripting or programmatic logic (e.g., JavaScript, PythonVelocity, or similar) to enable dynamic and scalable campaign execution.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical and iterative by nature, with a bias toward testing, learning, and continuous optimization.
