Would you like to join a fast paced, fun-loving and diverse team? We are looking for a results-driven leader who has experience building and scaling our email marketing strategy. This role is pivotal to understanding our target audience, nurturing leads, driving engagement, and increasing revenue through strategic email campaigns for the full customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a data-informed marketer with a deep understanding of email best practices and a willingness to iteratively test in a B2B environment. This person will collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure email serves as an effective tool to engage, inform, and convert customers.
 

The day to day.

• Strategy Development: Create the overall email marketing strategy by having a deep understanding of our target segments and how to align their outreach to business objectives.

• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and optimization of all campaigns including email nurtures, newsletters, product launches, and promotions. Take an iterative testing approach to constantly improve outreach.

• Automation and Segmentation: Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, demographic data, and engagement metrics to create personalized email journeys.

• Analytics & Reporting: Ability to analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, leads, revenue) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with content, design, marketing operations, and the integrative marketing teams to ensure all email programs are achieving broader marketing goals.

• Leadership Skills: Build and develop a team of email marketing specialists by creating a culture around being customer inspired and driving performance.

• Technology and Innovation: Be up-to-date on the latest tools, technologies, and trends to enhance our email marketing performance and scalability. 
   

Your skills and expertise.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role within a B2B technology company.

• Experience in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. 

• Proven track record of developing successful email marketing strategies to drive measurable results.

• Hands on experience with advanced segmentation and A/B testing.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Project management skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level.
