Department OverviewInnovate and develop intelligent smart battery, charger, and power supply solutions for highly sophisticated two-way communication and security video systems used in professional and mission-critical environments across commercial, government, and industrial markets.
Job Description
Investigates, proposes, develops, optimizes and evaluates processes and equipment. Performs experiments, analyzes data and/or failures, and determine root causes for failures. Monitors assigned operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved methods
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in designing and developing battery systems, power supplies, or related electronic circuits.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to production.
Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including schematic design, circuit analysis, and power electronics.
Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and lithium-ion battery technologies is highly preferred.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., SPICE, PSpice, Altium Designer) and test equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality, reliable products.
