Position Title: Senior EDI Analyst
Position Type: Regular - Full-Time
Position Location: New Delhi

Job Purpose
Your mission is to ensure the seamless delivery of our external integration services, crafting unforgettable experiences for our customers, vendors, and logistics partners. You'll adeptly negotiate with internal stakeholders, managing competing priorities while strategically building a pipeline of future work.
Key Accountabilities

  1. EDI Mapping and Translation: Analyse, document, and coordinate the development and maintenance of EDI maps and translation rules to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between trading partners.
  2. Test and Deploy: Coordinate the testing and deployment of EDI & Integration solutions, ensuring thorough testing procedures are followed and smooth deployment processes are executed to minimize disruptions and ensure high-quality implementation.
  3. Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate the resolution of EDI-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external partners to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, business leads, and trading partners to identify EDI & Integration requirements, prioritize integration projects, and address business needs.
  5. Vendor Management: Cultivate and oversee relationships with external EDI & Integration service providers (such as Opentext, Esker, and Portalink), as well as internal service providers (like Informatica), ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the EDI & Integration system, leveraging automation, standardization, and emerging technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with EDI & Integration operations, including data integrity, system failures, and compliance gaps. Implement contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, finance, and logistics, to align EDI & Integration initiatives with business objectives, streamline processes, and drive value across the organization.


By excelling in these key accountabilities, the EDI & Integration Manager ensures the seamless operation of external integration processes, fostering efficient communication and collaboration with trading partners and supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of EDI & Integration platforms, technologies, and best practices. SAP, Opentext, Esker, Portalink and Informatica preferred.
  • Handson experience with EDIFACT, X12 EDI standards and Transaction Sets like ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, INVOIC etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and adding value to customers through EDI & Integration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering EDI & Integration projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing competing priorities involves prioritizing tasks, adjusting plans flexibly, delegating effectively, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders to ensure productivity and well-being.
