Role Summary:

We are currently looking to hire an individual with 7-10 years of working experience.

The successful candidate will be involved in macroeconomic analysis to support the development of

national level strategies across key economic sectors and inform policy formulation. The candidate will

have the chance to work closely with national authorities to make a meaningful contribution, promoting

sustainable economic growth and social development.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's duties will include:

▪ Economic analysis to inform policy advice

▪ Developing strategies for key economic sectors

▪ Building econometric models for economic analysis and forecasting

▪ Contributing to capacity development

▪ Communicating analysis in the form of presentations and technical reports

▪ Ad-hoc analysis on topics of importance to the client

Required Skills & Experience:

▪ An advanced degree, preferably a PhD, in Economics or a related field

▪ 7-10 years of previous relevant work experience

▪ Demonstrated proficiency in econometrics and modelling

▪ Excellent analytical skills

▪ Knowledge and experience in national economic and social development

▪ Familiarity with post crisis/conflict economic and social issues is desirable.
