With over 250 stores and counting, this is where ambition meets opportunity. Are you looking for new challenges? Let's build what's next.

Your Work Matters

As a Senior Ecommerce Product Manager for Shopping & Content, you’ll shape how millions of customers explore, discover, and fall in love with their next project on flooranddecor.com. From homepage to checkout, you’ll own the product vision that makes shopping seamless, personalized, and inspiring. Your work won’t just drive clicks—it will drive confidence, creativity, and loyalty for homeowners, pros, and design enthusiasts across the country.

Your Day Consists Of

  • Defining and evolving the roadmap for our shopping and content experiences, from discovery to personalization.
  • Translating data, VOC signals, and market research into product moves that lift conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Partnering with UX, Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Care to create intuitive, inspiring shopping journeys.
  • Leading Agile rituals—backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization—with clarity and purpose.
  • Owning personalization experiments (A/B testing, tagging, taxonomy) that ensure the right content reaches the right customer.
  • Troubleshooting content or platform issues, ensuring smooth operations across a high-traffic site.

You’ll Be Supported With

  • Programs like 401K with discretionary company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Referral Bonus Program
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and other Insurance Plans (subject to eligibility criteria)
  • Work-life balance, including
    • Paid vacation and sick time for eligible associates
    • Paid holidays plus a personal holiday
    • Paid Volunteer Time Off that starts on Day 1

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 6+ years of ecommerce product management, leading shopping or content-rich digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with personalization tools (Dynamic Yield or similar), A/B testing, and CMS/content modeling.
  • Strong UX fundamentals—you can guide a junior designer and advocate for clean, intuitive journeys.
  • Data confidence: comfortable pulling insights from GA, VOC, and market research to shape product direction.
  • Comfort balancing strategic roadmap ownership with tactical triage, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to write crisp user stories, run Agile processes, and deliver measurable impact in fast-paced environments.

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

  • You’ll work in a quiet to moderate office environment that supports focus, collaboration, and cross-functional connection.
  • This role is primarily sedentary, with most of your time spent at a desk—though you may occasionally move about for meetings, collaboration, or presentations.
  • You should be comfortable with light physical activity (lifting or moving up to 20 pounds on occasion), but the role is not physically demanding day-to-day.
