This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our E-commerce Europe team. As a Senior E-commerce Performance & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving and steering the commercial performance of one of our markets.

You will own performance visibility, define and orchestrate the commercial calendar, and ensure all teams are aligned to deliver strong and consistent results. Acting at the center of the organization, you will connect Categories, Marketing, Webshop, and Operations to maximize business impact.

 
 

What you´ll do:

  • Own and steer commercial performance by tracking P&L, leading daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and driving data-based decision-making to ensure target achievement and clear visibility on risks and opportunities
  • Own and optimize growth levers by managing our commercial toolbox (promo mechanics, coupons, incentives, bundles), continuously improving efficiency, and conducting deep-dive analyses to unlock revenue and margin growth
  • Define and orchestrate the commercial calendar by planning and aligning all campaigns cross-functionally, leading key rituals (kick-offs, check-ins), ensuring flawless execution across channels, and driving post-mortem analyses with clear learnings
  • Act as the central coordination point for commercial topics by connecting Categories, Marketing, Webshop, and Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration, and leading key growth projects with full accountability on performance and reporting
  • Bring market and competitive insights by monitoring trends and competitors, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously refine the commercial strategy

Who we´re looking for:

  • You have a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, business analytics, or commercial roles
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actions
  • You demonstrate a strong commercial mindset (promotions, performance drivers, revenue/margin logic)
  • You are highly structured and organized, able to manage complex planning and multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong coordinator and communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
  • You are execution-focused and ensure high standards in delivery
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in English is required
