We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade healthcare applications and connected device management solutions. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for healthcare and medical device ecosystems, with an emphasis on cloud-native architectures, APIs, and connected device integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise along with hands-on experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or IoT-enabled healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Build and enhance Web APIs and RESTful services for healthcare and device management platforms.
Develop and optimize Microservices-based architectures to support high availability and scalability.
Work with SQL Server for data modeling, performance optimization, and secure data management.
Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud, leveraging cloud-native services and best practices.
Integrate applications with connected medical devices, IoT platforms, and device management systems.
Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver reliable healthcare solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security, interoperability, and quality standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of experience in .NET application development.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Web API / REST Services, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, and Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience in the Healthcare Domain, Medical Devices, or Device Management Systems.
Experience working with Connected Medical Devices / IoT Devices and remote monitoring solutions.
Solid understanding of scalable backend design, cloud deployment, and API integration.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment and mentor junior developers.
