About the role:
Help shape how knowledge is shared across one of Europe's leading e-pharmacy organizations. As our Senior Documentation Expert, you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape.
Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.
QualificationsAbout you:
- You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
- You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).
- You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.
- You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.

Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, or process documentation
- Experience working within complex ERP or enterprise systems environments
- Strong understanding of technical documentation and documentation governance
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with Jira
- Business process modeling experience, such as BPMN or comparable methodologies
