Summary:
In this role, you will drive our commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaged, and sustainable workplace. You will combine data analysis, survey generation, DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility, and industry benchmarking expertise to enhance our organizational practices and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and analyze employee survey outcomes to measure engagement, culture (value and behavior perceptions and transformation target progress), and DEI initiatives.

Develop quarterly reports on survey analytics and their relationship to People and Enterprise strategy.

Regular data review of key DEI metrics and progress review of DEI Scorecard to identify patterns, resource needs, and opportunities at the enterprise and business unit level.

Manage the creation and distribution of data reports and summaries at the enterprise and business unit level.

Design and management of multi-channel listening dashboard with KPI’s, contextual reference and harmonized message prompting.

Monitor and report on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) trends and their impact on organizational practices.

Collect and analyze industry competitive intelligence to understand market trends and best practices.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to culture, engagement, DEI, and ESG.

Lead partnership with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI and ESG principles into business processes.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred in human resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field, Master’s degree a plus.

Preferred DEI certification.

5 or more years of relevant experience in HR analytics, DEI, sustainability, or related areas.

Proficiency in survey design and analysis tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).

Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, AI or Tableau.

Deep understanding of DEI principles and best practices.

Understanding of the impact of bias in systems and policies.

Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
