Your Mission 

We are looking for a Dispute Specialist to join our Dispute team. Reporting to our Dispute Performance Team Lead you will be supporting the team on handling merchants’ disputes and assisting clients with various queries regarding the re-presentment process and optimizing the dispute process performance.


The Dispute Resolution Optimization Analyst is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 18:00 (GMT+2).


Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

·       Perform daily operational activities, including monitoring and managing the dispute flow.

·       Optimize internal dispute management procedures and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

·       Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.

·       Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.


Requirements

·       2+ yrs. work experience in either Claims, Transactional Banking (Disputes & Payment Investigations), or a similar operational/analytical role;

·       High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail;

·       Good problem-solving and strong analytical skills;

·       Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team;

·       Fluent English (both verbal and written);

·       French (both verbal and written) is and advantage;

·       SQL, Python, and experience in chargebacks (advantage);

·       Advanced Excel (advantage).

This is a 12 month contract, with a possibility for it to be made permanent.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 21,466 - EUR 25,000 (Gross/before tax). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Skills Required
