Support operations:
Lead Complex Projects: Lead the technical execution of engineering projects, particularly those involving Newness levels 2-3 (new designs based on existing knowledge or design based on existing rules).
Technical Problem Solving: Serve as a referent for critical problem solving within the Discipline, utilizing Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Customer Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical solutions and challenges to internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Technical Transversal Sharing: Proactively share technical knowledge and best practices across teams and divisions, fostering collaboration and knowledge dissemination.
Competencies:
Technical Coaching and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Discipline Engineers, fostering their professional development and expertise.
Design Standards Development: Leverage expertise to build, improve, and validate design standards for Newness levels 2-3, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Valeo's strategic objectives.
