Are you our next Senior Director, Wholesale Operations?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, Operations or a related field, or an equivalent amount of experience
- You have 15+ years of Sales or Operational leadership experience, including 10+ years managing a team
- You have 5+ years of dealer service management or sales management
- You have the ability to develop clear Operating models using RACI or RAPID
- You are able and willing to travel. sometimes internationally
- You are well versed in technology procurement and deployment including SAP, NuOrder and EDI
- You are skilled at developing and supporting people to bring the best from them and inspire them to build the life they want.
- You are excellent at building relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
