Job DescriptionThe Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation is responsible for accelerating the evolution of Global Operations by leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, business process redesign, data and analytics capabilities, and digital enablement efforts. This leader understands industry trends and benchmarks to drive key, best-in-class supply chain and operational initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Commercial organizations to simplify complexity, improve decision velocity, and build capabilities required to support Solidigm's continued growth. The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, translating business objectives into scalable processes, systems, and organizational capabilities that improve business performance and resiliency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & prioritize opportunities to improve scalability, agility, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and govern complex programs spanning multiple functions, regions, and executive stakeholders to improve operational performance, supply chain resilience and business results.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to prioritize investments based on strategic impact.
- Ensure business processes evolve to support future growth and increasing organizational complexity. Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and process simplification which enable data-driven decision making.
- Promote enterprise adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization including business architects, analysts, transformation leaders, and capability experts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operations, consulting, supply chain, or related fields.
- 5+ years leading managers and high-performing teams.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience influencing executive leadership and driving organizational change.

This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. In addition, Solidigm offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, supplemental life and AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability; healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and a company match on eligible 401(k) plan contributions.
The compensation range for this role is $160,480 - $266,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
