We work closely with the EMEA CEO, the EMEA Leadership Team, global brands, regional functions, and corporate teams to translate enterprise strategy into clear priorities, measurable plans, and coordinated execution.

The team acts as a strategic partner to the business, providing fact-based insights, challenging priorities, monitoring performance, and mobilizing cross-functional teams around the initiatives that will have the greatest impact on growth, transformation, and operational efficiency.

The Position

As Senior Director, Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of the PVH+ Plan across EMEA. Reporting to the SVP, Strategy, you will work closely with the EMEA CEO and EMEA Leadership Team to steer strategic subplans, monitor progress, identify execution risks, and ensure alignment across functions, brands, hubs, regions, and global teams.

You will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership, bringing an enterprise-wide perspective and providing clear, actionable recommendations when performance or execution deviates from plan. You will help translate strategic priorities into measurable corporate, hub, functional, and brand targets, ensuring that teams operate in sync and remain focused on the priorities that matter most.

In addition, you will lead high-impact strategic projects that support growth, transformation, and efficiency. You will establish strong prioritization and performance-management disciplines, helping the organization allocate resources effectively and maintain accountability for delivery against the PVH+ Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive PVH+ execution: Drive, monitor, and steer the execution of the PVH+ strategic subplans in partnership with the SVP, Strategy, the EMEA CEO, and the EMEA Leadership Team.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner: Provide objective, fact-based advice to senior leadership, flagging deviations from the PVH+ Plan and recommending clear mitigation and corrective actions.
  • Ensure enterprise-wide alignment: Create 360-degree alignment across corporate functions, hubs, brands, regions, and global teams, ensuring that interdependencies, risks, and decisions are clearly understood and managed.
  • Translate strategy into measurable targets: Convert strategic priorities into clear corporate, functional, hub, regional, and brand objectives, targets, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor strategic performance: Establish and maintain robust performance-tracking mechanisms that provide leadership with a clear view of progress, risks, financial implications, and required decisions.
  • Drive prioritization and accountability: Embed a disciplined prioritization approach aligned with the PVH+ Plan, helping leadership focus resources, investment, and organizational capacity on the highest-value initiatives.
  • Lead strategic projects: Own and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive growth, transformation, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Support leadership decision-making: Distill complex business challenges into clear insights, options, and recommendations that enable timely and effective executive decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Mobilize teams across functions, brands, hubs, and regions, clarifying ownership, governance, milestones, resources, and expected outcomes.
  • Lead transformation programs: Apply strong program and change-management disciplines to large-scale transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, resource planning, risk management, and budget oversight.
  • Promote continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve strategic planning, governance, performance management, and execution across the organization.
  • Build strategic capability: Coach and support project teams and business leaders in applying structured problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution disciplines.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.
