Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a strategic, analytical, and future-focused leader to serve as the Senior Director, Franchise Strategy, Italy (span breaker East). In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of one of Europe’s largest and most strategically important market while guiding your team towards driving the agenda for their respective markets. You will act as an objective advisor to franchise leadership and system partners, integrating system priorities, orchestrating strategic routines, and leading critical cross-functional initiatives that unlock long-term value.
You will bring strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of system economics, and the ability to simplify complexity while fostering alignment across the system.
What you’ll do for us:
Serve as a system strategic integrator and connector person for system-wide strategic priorities, ensuring alignment between TCCC cross-functional teams and CCH territories.
Orchestrate T2T engagement agendas, including strategic content development, alignment of stakeholders, and management of follow-up actions while ensuring T2T interactions are insight-led, strategically prioritized, and tied to enterprise value creation.
Provide unified, insight-rich storytelling for internal reviews and System Leadership Meetings, highlighting risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and forward-looking implications.
Lead the development, definition, and communication of the strategic agenda, aligning system priorities and translating ambitions into clear, actionable market strategies.
Align end-to-end strategic planning cycles, including Business Plan, Strategic Review, and long-term system alignment routines.
Ensure high-quality preparation and governance for key system routines, enabling informed, insight-led decision-making.
Manage the system agenda, ensuring seamless integration and alignment between TCCC and Bottler partners.
Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives. Ensuring integrated analytics, competitive insights, and long-term performance perspectives that shape strategic direction and system priorities.
Develop actionable competitive insights for your market, enabling fact-based recommendations.
Serve as an objective, trusted advisor to franchise leaders and bottler stakeholders partnering closely with other functions and bottling partners.
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or franchise leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and delivering measurable business impact.
Deep understanding of the local market, including regulatory frameworks, competitive dynamics, and consumer trends.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, insight generation, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management, with a solid understanding of the Coca‑Cola system.
People leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
Business fluency in Italian is an advantage.
