The Sr. Director, Strategic Insight and Analysis, will lead strategic projects identifying growth opportunities and addressing key challenges. In this role, you will act as the enterprise “nerve-center” for performance intelligence and forward-looking analytics, turn complex internal & external data into actions that unlock sustainable, profitable growth across the NAOU (North America Operating Unit).
What You’ll Do for Us:
Lead cross-functional strategic projects that diagnose root-cause performance gaps or surface emerging growth opportunities.
Leverage data and insights to create fact-based recommendations to grow the North America Business, toward attainment of our ambition.
Establish and continuously improve a best-in-class performance management process that gives leaders a single, real-time view of ‘what happened’, ‘why’ and ‘what to do next’; facilitate performance review routines
Help define and champion NAOU data strategy – assimilate internal and external data, prioritize high-value data products, guide strategy data roadmap, align with platform service on architecture, governance, privacy and AI ethics standard.
Influence Executive leaders from TCCC, NAOU, Customers and bottlers using strategic frameworks and fact-based storytelling
Provide direction and guidance to strategy managers
Qualifications & Requirements:
10 + years in Strategy, Analytics or FP&A, preferably with CPG/retail/banking or consulting.
Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute multiple complex projects
Expert at framing complex issues with problem-solving structures and influencing C-suite decisions
Strong relationship management (at all levels of the organization and externally with suppliers, contractors, bottlers)
Advanced analytics fluency—SQL/Python/R exposure, predictive-modelling concepts, data-visualization best practices; hands-on in Excel & PowerPoint.
Proven track record translating analytics and data-strategy initiatives into P&L impact
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or quantitative master’s preferred.
