The Senior Director of Sales Operations at iManage is responsible for leading the global sales operations strategy, collaborating with sales and finance leadership, optimizing the sales tech stack, and fostering a proactive sales culture. You are a highly data driven and experienced Revenue Operations leader with a passion for working with global go-to-market (GTM) teams and creating processes and strategies that contribute to increasing revenue and improving the customer experience. You will serve as a strategic advisor to our Chief Revenue Officer as you work to anticipate the needs of the business. In addition to Sales and Marketing, you will partner with other global GTM departments across iManage to optimize operations and support customer lifecycle milestones and revenue planning. The focus of this role includes ownership of the sales and marketing technology tool kit, analytics, and sales enablement activity in addition to a significant focus on annual planning and alignment with other GTM operational functions.   • Fostering a proactive sales culture by owning the global sales and marketing operations strategy including: quarterly planning, resource & capacity allocation, and operational roadmap creation.
  • Working with Sales and Finance leadership to assist with compensation design and tracking, territory assignment, quota target development, in addition to operational reporting.
  • Serving the organization as a trusted advisor by drawing meaningful and data-driven insights to predict growth trends and influence sales strategy.
  • Collaborating with global sales and marketing leaders to support effective and consistent worldwide forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Overseeing the delivery of sales enablement training to all levels of the sales organization (leadership, account executives, business development, sales ops) to support the performance, development, and retention of sales talent.
  • Optimizing the sales organization’s tech stack including supporting the implementation and selection of new tools.
  • Overseeing systems administration (i.e. creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards) and monitoring the team’s adherence to maintaining CRM data. Systems include Salesforce, Clari, Gong, etc.
  • Partnering with both Marketing and Business Development to develop processes that support reliable and consistent data around lead generation within Salesforce and other adjacent systems, leading to consistent pipeline visibility and reporting integrity.
  • Collaborating with global Customer Experience leaders to support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
  • Aligning with Information Technology teams to ensure systems and information security.
  • Providing valuable data driven insights to Product Management and Engineering teams to help drive development and business investments.
  • Developing strong internal relationships with other key management personnel to foster collaboration across Channels & Alliances, Renewals, Product Management, and People Operations.

  • 10+ years of experience leading Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations for a SaaS company.
  • A demonstrated background managing or closely contributing to Marketing Operations and Customer Success Operations team initiatives. 
  • Extensive experience with sales segmentation, account tiering, territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, sales compensation, and sales personnel KPIs.
  • A demonstrated ability to grasp high level sales strategies and transform them into an operational practice.
  • Experience driving consistent operational sales practices across a distributed organization with a customer centric approach.
  • A fluent understanding of Salesforce and other sales enablement applications such as Clari, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, finance, or business-related field
