Buscamos un(a) Director(a) de Gestión de Cuentas Estratégicas con sólida experiencia en liderazgo comercial, desarrollo de negocios y administración de relaciones con clientes corporativos. Esta posición será responsable de definir y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento, retención y expansión de cuentas clave, garantizando altos niveles de satisfacción y rentabilidad para la organización.

El candidato ideal combinará visión estratégica, liderazgo de equipos de alto desempeño y capacidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo con clientes y stakeholders de nivel ejecutivo.

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Liderar la estrategia comercial y de gestión de cuentas para clientes estratégicos en Colombia y/o la región asignada.

  • Desarrollar planes de crecimiento sostenibles enfocados en retención, expansión y diversificación de ingresos.

  • Construir relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión y ejecutivos C-Level de clientes clave.

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio mediante análisis de mercado, tendencias de la industria y necesidades del cliente.

  • Dirigir equipos de Account Managers y líderes comerciales, promoviendo una cultura orientada a resultados y excelencia en el servicio.

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de indicadores de desempeño, metas comerciales y niveles de satisfacción del cliente.

  • Liderar negociaciones comerciales complejas, renovaciones contractuales y acuerdos estratégicos.

  • Trabajar de manera transversal con áreas de Operaciones, Producto, Finanzas y Servicio al Cliente para garantizar una experiencia integral.

  • Gestionar iniciativas de alto impacto que involucren múltiples áreas de la organización.

  • Presentar resultados, estrategias y planes de acción ante la alta dirección.

  • Identificar riesgos comerciales y desarrollar planes de mitigación oportunos.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y los estándares de gobierno comercial.

Requisitos
  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Economía o carreras afines.

  • Posgrado o MBA deseable.

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas, desarrollo de negocios, account management o liderazgo comercial.

  • Mínimo 5 años liderando equipos comerciales de tamaño medio o grande.

  • Experiencia comprobada gestionando cuentas corporativas estratégicas y generando crecimiento sostenible de ingresos.

  • Experiencia en negociación con clientes empresariales y ejecutivos de alto nivel.

  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar iniciativas complejas y proyectos transversales.

  • Conocimiento de metodologías de ventas consultivas y gestión de cuentas clave.

  • Manejo avanzado de indicadores comerciales, forecast y planeación estratégica.

  • Dominio de herramientas CRM.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado o avanzado.

  • Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales e internacionales según las necesidades del negocio.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics or related
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA
