Netwrix maintains a global presence, fostering a remote-first work environment while encouraging and facilitating frequent face-to-face interaction with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Why This Role

Identity is now the number-one attack path into enterprise data, and Netwrix sits at the center of the fix. We are looking for a Director, Sales to own our Enterprise West business: build the team, win the logos, and turn a high-potential territory into a flagship region.
You will lead a team of account executives, work hand in hand with channel and marketing, and carry a multi-million-dollar number with real influence over strategy, hiring, and go-to-market. This is a player-coach seat for a leader who wants to build, not just manage.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow the team. Recruit, coach, and develop account executives; set a high bar and build a culture of accountability and winning.
  • Own the number. Build and execute the Enterprise West strategy aligned to global revenue goals, with disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Win enterprise business. Drive new-logo and expansion revenue across large enterprise accounts in the western U.S., engaging CISOs, CIOs, and other C-level stakeholders.
  • Scale through partners. Grow the ecosystem of resellers, distributors, MSPs, and integrators, partnering with the Channel Director to shape programs that drive co-sell revenue.
  • Represent Netwrix. Be the senior voice of the company at customer meetings, regional events, and industry conferences.
  • Shape the roadmap. Partner with marketing, product, support, and customer success, and bring customer and market insight back to inform product direction.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of leading enterprise sales teams. Ideally in cybersecurity, identity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC and/or Force Management to manage forecasts
  • A record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas and building high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. enterprise security buyer and the compliance landscape (e.g., NIST, Zero Trust, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
  • Experience selling through a hybrid direct and channel model.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive-presence skills.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% across the western U.S.
  • Based in or near Chicago, Dallas, Denver, or Phoenix.

Nice to have: a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA a plus), and experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or security software company.
