Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Applications & Strategy to lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of all applications and technologies supporting our GTM motion. This role is pivotal in ensuring our enterprise-wide GTM technology ecosystem is scalable, efficient, and aligned with our long-term business objectives.
You will own the full lifecycle of GTM applications, including marketing, sales, e-commerce, quote-to-cash, and customer success platforms. You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and analysts to drive innovation and efficiency in our technology stack. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless, data-driven, and automated GTM experience that supports revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention at scale.
This role is perfect for a strategic and technical leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and understands how to transform legacy processes into modern, data-driven solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Own the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ, CLM, etc.), ensuring seamless integration across marketing, sales, order-to-cash, and customer success.
• Develop and execute the GTM applications strategy to enable scalable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead a global team of product managers, engineers, and analysts, driving agile development and continuous delivery.
• Implement automation, AI, and predictive analytics to optimize GTM processes, improve forecasting, and enhance customer engagement.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT.
• Drive data governance and cross-functional data accessibility to eliminate silos and enable a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Oversee budget and resource planning for GTM applications, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact investments.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring adoption of new tools, processes, and automation across GTM teams.
Required Qualifications:
• 15+ years in GTM technology, enterprise applications, or business systems leadership.
• 8+ years leading global teams in GTM applications, engineering, or product management.
• Experience managing large-scale SaaS applications and automation initiatives.
• Strong track record of driving digital transformation in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Expertise in agile development, CI/CD, and data-driven GTM optimization.

• Proven ability to align technology solutions with business growth objectives.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $194,000.00-$292,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
