Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue to plan for service business unit
- Estimate and report SAM and market share of service business.
- Work with regional sales to align targets to continual grow market share
- Own service pricing, pricing strategies, and supporting value collateral
- Grow service contract market share of SAM annually
- Develop and align channel strategy with regions to continue to grow service sales
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products and services and all industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- BS or MS Degree in a science or engineering discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of semiconductor industry experience related to complex equipment.
- A proven track record of establishing strong customer relationships with consistent customer front experience.
- Experience with selling services and parts to semiconductor customers
- Experience in leading and working with regional teams to define and achieve sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead people across diverse and cultural backgrounds.
- Able to travel up to 50% of time as when required

Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary Range:
$176,000.00 - $264,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
