We are seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Deal Strategy & Contract Operations to lead and scale a critical commercial function within our Revenue Operations organization. This leader will oversee deal strategy, contract operations, and deal governance, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM leadership to structure and execute commercial agreements that support sustainable revenue growth. This leader will play a critical role in strengthening commercial processes, improving deal execution efficiency, and providing insights that inform enterprise deal strategy and revenue growth as the business continues to scale.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Lead Deal Strategy & Governance: Oversee the Deal Desk function and partner with Sales leadership to support enterprise deal structuring, pricing frameworks, discount governance, and commercial terms.
- Own Contract Operations: Lead contract operations processes including contract generation, approvals, negotiation support, and execution, while ensuring alignment with Legal and compliance standards.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and develop a team of professionals across Deal Desk and Contract Operations, building a high-performing function that supports efficient deal execution and strong commercial governance.
- Improve Commercial Processes: Strengthen deal workflows, pricing guardrails, and contract operations to improve deal velocity, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Generate Business Insights: Analyze deal trends, pricing patterns, and operational data to uncover insights that drive process improvements, inform commercial strategy, and support revenue growth.

What You Will Bring:
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Strategic Finance, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex deal structures.
- Experience leading Deal Desk, Contract Operations, or Commercial Operations teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, enterprise contract structures, and commercial governance.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations leaders.
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, CPQ platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, and billing systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related field required. MBA, JD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

MA: Salary range for the position: $150,000 – $170,000 USD
