As Senior Director of Program Management at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading the SAP Hana program activities for the Projects Business Model. You will be responsible for driving the program management for the Projects Business Model and Project Systems module in SAP including preparing detailed studies and presenting to leadership, making key design decisions, leading workshops, and gaining alignment amongst stakeholders to drive to a standard build with minimal customization. The role will also manage the projects-related workstreams for integrations with connecting systems, configuration, change management, training, and alignment to Accelerator goals.
You will report directly to our Projects business model leader and work out of either Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC hub location on a Hybrid work schedule.

You will report directly to our Projects business model leader and work out of our hub locations on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Projects Business Model SAP Hana workstreams throughout baselining, building, and deployment
- Drive standardization of process and simplification & alignment of data. Be a catalyst for improvements.
- Proactively address gaps directly with GDM owners and drive alignment resulting in final policy updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-SBG teams. Take leadership role in driving discussion and closing decisions
- Drive Productivity through standardization and deviation reduction/balancing that considers the full End to End workflow in SAP
- Drive transformation and continuous improvement in projects businesses, including usage of breakthrough technologies and innovative solutions
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in a matrixed, global organization
- Advanced proficiency in SAP
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
