Senior Procurement Director, Juice, North America Operating Unit  (Non-Citrus Juice)

Reports to Vice-President, Juice Procurement

Our vision is loved brands, done sustainably, for a better shared future.  This role combines Global (apples and grape) and Regional (NA-non citrus) Juice Procurement responsibilities to drive cost efficiencies, ensure supply reliability, and maintain the highest standards of quality and sustainability. This is a People Leader role with five direct reports based in North America.

What You’ll Do for Us

Lead Procurement of all Non-Citrus juices in NA

1.      Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability

2.      Category Management for all non-citrus juice, including but not limited to apple, strawberry, cranberry, grape, pineapple

3.      Networked with all key NA stakeholders

4.      Networked with all strategic Non-Citrus suppliers

5.      Networked with Industry leaders

Lead Sourcing for Apples and Grape globally

1.      Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability

2.      Global category management

3.      Networked with all key suppliers

4.      Networked with key OU stakeholders

5.      Networked with all G2G team members

Qualification & Requirements

·       Able to develop Procurement priorities aligned to ABPs and LRPs of Nutrition platform

·       Able to recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results

·       Bachelor’s degree and/or > 15 years of work experience

·       Experience of managing Global ag. commodities categories with multiple OUs as beneficiaries

·       Relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers)

Pay Range:

$162,000 - $188,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
