Role Overview
We are seeking a Director, Pre-Sales to join our International Pre-Sales team, with a focus on the APAC region.
This role will provide strategic pre-sales leadership and subject matter expertise to support the growth of Broadridge’s Front and Middle Office solutions across APAC. The successful candidate will act as a consultative solution specialist to Sales Directors and senior client stakeholders, helping shape client engagements, support business development initiatives, and position Broadridge’s capabilities in a highly competitive market.
The role requires deep industry knowledge of front-to-middle-office workflows, strong awareness of the APAC competitive landscape, and the leadership capability to coordinate regional and overseas teams in support of complex sales pursuits.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Directors and regional leadership to drive pre-sales strategy and support revenue growth for Broadridge’s Front and Middle Office solutions across APAC.
Engage with clients, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand business challenges, operating models, and transformation priorities across front and middle office functions.
Deliver compelling presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and consultative discussions tailored to client requirements and strategic business objectives.
Provide deep domain expertise across front and middle office operations, including order management, trade capture, portfolio management, investment operations, compliance workflows, and related data and technology ecosystems.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional pre-sales activities involving Sales, Product, Technology, Delivery, Strategy, and Marketing teams, including collaboration with overseas and matrixed teams.
Own and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring high-quality submissions, clear executive messaging, and alignment to client needs.
Develop tailored business cases and value propositions that articulate operational, financial, and strategic benefits, including efficiency gains, risk reduction, scalability, and regulatory readiness.
Maintain current knowledge of market trends, client priorities, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings across APAC, and provide feedback to product and business leadership.
Support marketing and business development initiatives, including campaigns, lead generation activities, industry events, seminars, and thought leadership engagements.
Act as a senior internal reference point for solution positioning, market intelligence, and front-to-middle-office innovation trends, helping shape strategic opportunities and enhancement priorities.
Your Profile
Extensive pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, or product-facing experience within financial services technology, with strong expertise in front and middle office solutions.
Deep understanding of front-to-middle-office workflows and platforms, including areas such as order and execution management, investment operations, trade lifecycle processing, portfolio workflows, compliance, and data integration.
Strong knowledge of the APAC financial markets landscape, including regional client needs, market structure, and competitive solution providers.
Proven ability to operate as a senior client-facing advisor, engaging effectively with executives, business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology leaders.
Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating complex opportunities across geographically dispersed or overseas teams within a matrix organization.
Strong experience working collaboratively with Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Technology, Delivery, and Marketing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling client materials, executive summaries, scope documents, and business cases.
Technically credible, with the ability to understand solution architecture, define requirements, and support configuration or demonstration of capabilities in a client context.
Awareness of SaaS, cloud, and emerging technologies, including platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and evolving use cases for AI and machine learning in financial services.
Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, with the flexibility to travel across APAC as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
