We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, POM Product Management Manager to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in New York, New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages our Deal Management Capability and drives the vision and design of Conventional Trust’s strategic workflow reimagination effort.
- Uses product expertise to provide innovative direction and guidance on product management processes.
- Designs for the future while sunsetting legacy capabilities and converging on the strategic solution.
- Applies AI fluency and a proven track record of implementation to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance product and client outcomes.
- Demonstrates high-level strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Partners with enterprise leaders and other stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Manages complex products that are global in scope and challenges the status quo.
- Supports products and provides oversight and operational direction to deliver innovative products that directly address client needs.
- Anticipates upcoming developments in tangential domains and ancillary spaces.
- Iterates on and innovates the team’s strategy by incorporating lessons from past efforts, industry trends, and user insights.
- Applies expertise in portfolio management and Lean-Agile governance.
- Leads and oversees complex product management projects, budgets, and resourcing.
- Oversees the flow of work at the portfolio level and ensures value delivery.
- Contributes to the achievement of Product Management objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Requires 15+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery, with a proven track record of defining winning products and delivering a product roadmap.
- Demonstrates expertise in OKRs, design thinking, event storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
