  • Partner directly with C-suite and senior executives to provide strategic counsel on organizational design, talent strategy, and people decisions that accelerate business growth in our rapidly scaling environment.
  • Navigate the complexities of a mature growth company by anticipating scaling challenges, adapting HR strategies to evolving business priorities, and building infrastructure that supports continued expansion while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Champion a culture of high work performance by providing hands-on support and thought partnership to your team, modeling the agility and grit required to succeed in our fast-paced environment.
  • Create and implement innovative People programs that help leaders achieve their business goals, with the flexibility to pivot strategies based on changing market conditions and organizational needs.
  • Drive your team to a high standard of service, with an expectation of adhering to SLAs, escalating and addressing risk, identifying opportunities to improve service and collaborating effectively.
  • Partner with colleagues in EMEA and APAC to create globally consistent programs while adhering to local practices, demonstrating cultural agility and the persistence to align diverse stakeholder perspectives.
  • Collaborate with People Development leaders to ensure teams are working together on business team support, sharing insights and creating a seamless employee experience across all touch points.
  • Weigh-in on the design and implementation of strategic employee programs including Engagement Survey, Performance Management, and Talent Management related initiatives.
  • Analyze team metrics, KPIs, SLAs and other data sources to recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery speed and quality.
  • Leverage knowledge of employment law to help mitigate risk while consulting on People related matters.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership on the performance measures that should be taken in response to individual needs, balancing business requirements with employee advocacy.
  • Skilled in de-escalating potential conflicts and building conflict resolution strategies in partnership with People Development and People Relations teams.

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years working as a HR Business Partner or People Operations, with 8+ years working as a people manager of a high-performing team in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
