Trustpilot is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Partner Sales to lead the development and execution of a global partner agency sales strategy aimed at significantly increasing Trustpilot’s market share through partnerships. 

This role will be instrumental in expanding Trustpilot’s core offering by cultivating and strengthening relationships with key marketing and eCommerce as well as consulting service providers. The ideal candidate will not only drive the success of Trustpilot’s Partner Program but also develop a comprehensive channel strategy that incentivises mutual growth for both Trustpilot and its partners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and Drive Global Agency Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and nurture partnerships that contribute to Trustpilot’s global growth objectives. Build long-term relationships that align with Trustpilot’s business strategy.
  • Design and Implement Channel Program: Create and manage a robust channel program that incentivizes mutual growth, fostering collaboration and shared success between Trustpilot and its partners.
  • Partner Identification and Research: Conduct thorough research to identify partners whose services complement Trustpilot’s offerings, ensuring alignment with our core services and market objectives.
  • Achieve Sales and Revenue Targets: Lead efforts to meet or exceed annual sales targets by driving new business through channel partnerships and expanding Trustpilot’s presence across multiple sectors.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from identifying new partnership opportunities to closing deals, ensuring a consistent flow of new business and revenue growth.
  • Performance Reporting and Optimization: Regularly generate and present detailed sales performance reports to senior leadership, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive channel sales effectiveness and optimization.
  • Engagement through Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective partners, addressing their specific needs and highlighting Trustpilot’s value proposition to deepen engagement.
  • Maximize Upselling Opportunities: Collaborate with account management teams to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing customer organizations, particularly in the Enterprise segment, leveraging channel partner capabilities.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on SaaS, digital marketing, e-commerce, or review management solutions.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  • Extensive Channel Sales Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise software or solutions sales, with demonstrated success in building and scaling global channel programs.
  • Partnership Development Expertise: Considerable experience in helping channel partners grow their solutions in parallel with company objectives, driving mutual success and shared revenue growth.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role, successfully overseeing teams and aligning their performance with organisational goals.
  • Sales Lead Generation and Closure: Expertise in developing strategies to generate high-quality leads, as well as in closing sales through effective relationship building and negotiation.
  • Global Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed to support partnerships and represent Trustpilot at key events.
