Your tasks
- Lead the strategic build-up and expansion of Kardex Mlog’s business in the USA
- Drive market entry, revenue growth, and overall business performance
- Define and execute the sales and business development strategy
- Develop and manage key customer and strategic partner relationships
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing US organization
- Oversee complex customer projects and commercial negotiations
- Foster collaboration across the global Kardex organization
- Represent Kardex Mlog in the market and with executive stakeholders
- Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to global business strategy
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of leadership experience in intralogistics, automation, or a related industry
- Strong industry network and proven track record in business development and complex sales
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and closing strategic customer projects
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
- Strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and executive stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Willing to travel internationally
Skills Required
- University degree in a relevant field such as engineering or logistics, or equivalent diverse educational and professional background
- Strong commercial and technical knowledge
- At least five years of management experience in the intralogistics sector
- Well-established intralogistics industry network
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Extensive experience leading teams, developing talent, and driving high performance
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and initiative-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
