We are seeking a Senior Director of Printer Operations to oversee and expand our printer shop network, focusing on services for custom apparel. This critical role involves building and managing a robust fulfillment network, ensuring operational excellence, and driving scalable growth for Jiffy’s custom apparel offerings.

This position will work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for expanding and optimizing the printer shop network to meet customer demand.
  • Serve as a key leader in scaling the network's capacity and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate operational improvements across the supply chain and production network.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the printer shop network, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Identify and onboard new printer shop partners to expand capacity and geographic reach.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with service-level agreements and cost efficiencies.
  • Develop scalable processes to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for production quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment partners to optimize workflows, reduce lead times, and ensure quality assurance for DTF and POD orders.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve fulfillment systems and technology.
  • Drive the implementation of automation and advanced tools to enhance production scalability and accuracy.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements across the network.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills 

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or network management, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling fulfillment networks, including third-party vendor relationships.
  • Experience building and scaling a nationwide print network, growing from 60 to 1,000 printers. Ability to audit operational processes, establish standardized workflows, audit output quality, and refine and build playbooks.
  • Experience implementing operational best practices, including quality control, process optimization, and cost management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with product and engineering teams on operational tools and systems.
