Job Description Summary:
The Sr. Director, National Sales is a key leadership role within the RBI Account team. It leads sales and execution across all 4 brands in the US (BK, Popeyes and Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs) in partnership with our marketing and operations teams.
What You’ll Do for Us:

Lead, develop and conduct stewardships with RBI headquarters senior leaders and Franchisees
-
Manage P&L implications of total RBI strategies.

Coach, develop and inspire the team of Sales Directors to thrive in a best-in-class work environment
-
Plan and strategize to enhance customer relationships
-
Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution
-
Assess customer needs and create appropriate solutions
-
Develop medium to long-term strategic initiatives to protect and grow our business
-
Conduct a situation assessment of FCB and providing a recommendation for our FCB strategy going forward.

Work closely with our Marketing team in building the annual business plan,
-
Identify new areas and categories of growth.

Work closely with our Operations team in deploying new equipment and closely manage
-
Lead the account equipment strategy (Freestyle, IDC Pro, etc) and retaining freestyle
-
Lead the execution of all product categories such as Coffee, Tea, FCB new flavors and introductions, FUB new products.
Qualification & Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Functional Skills and Related Work Experience:

10+ years of diverse experiences leading customer relationship and account teams.

Demonstrated communication skills.

Demonstrated influencing/collaborating for value

Track record of innovative thinking, as well as general management mindset with strategic thinking taking a holistic view of the business

Experience managing customer relationships at senior levels

Ability to and experience navigating KO system

Building comprehensive ABP (Annual Business Plans)

Marketing and operations experience

Some Freestyle experience.

Results driven self starter, excelling performance

$193,000 - $222,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
