This role focuses on digital advertising media sales within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, etc categories. As Senior Director, National Accounts, you will own and grow a portfolio of national accounts, setting strategic direction for key client relationships and playing a central role in elevating RVO Health Media's visibility and revenue in the marketplace. This is a senior sales leadership role for someone with an established track record of managing complex, high-value accounts, negotiating large and multi-year agreements, and building executive-level relationships to drive outsized revenue outcomes.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven sales leader with deep expertise in healthcare and digital media, and a proven history of exceeding revenue targets. Candidates with a strong track record in national account leadership, complex deal negotiation, and senior-level agency / client relationships within pharma will be well positioned for success.
Where You'll BeWhile this is a remote-first position, to ensure alignment with our core regional operations and team syncs, we are specifically looking for candidates currently residing in the Northeast corridor (NY, NJ, CT, or the Greater Philadelphia area).
- Own and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of national accounts, with full accountability for retention, growth, and forecast accuracy.
- Set strategy for and lead the development of complex, insight-driven media solutions for top-tier clients.
- Lead client and agency presentations at the senior/executive level, both virtually and in person.
- Own the strategy and execution of client-facing events, meetings, and proactive outreach for national accounts.
- Partner with media strategy and marketing leads to build integrated, enterprise-level solutions that meet client goals.
- Own Salesforce pipeline management and forecasting for your book of business, with direct accountability to sales leadership.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on pharmaceutical market dynamics, competitive landscape, and category nuances.
- Identify, negotiate, and close new national account business, including large and multi-year agreements.
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales and/or media sales leadership (pharma, CPG, consumer health-OTC, VMS experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, high-value accounts.
- Deep understanding of digital media, advertising operations, and performance measurement, with the ability to translate insights into strategic client recommendations.
- Established relationships with senior client and agency decision-makers within the pharmaceutical and healthcare space.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and close large, multi-year contracts.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to present to and influence senior leadership / stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Starting Salary: $140,231 - $210,000*
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience- Total Earnings = Base + Commission
