You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent capability to internal, interested stakeholders (SVP and C-Suite level); present current state and future state features and functionality and gather, assess, and act upon new business requests
- Lead roadmap strategy formation and be accountable for execution for capability portfolio, working with leadership and business stakeholders to set and act upon prioritized, complex initiatives
- Support the solution development process; Partner with internal IT teams to develop strategic solutions to meet business needs and represent those solutions to business stakeholders
- Serve as Capability Leader and provide supervisory direction and support to Agile Product/Capability Managers, Capability Analysts / Agile Product Owners in regard to creating Features, refining User Stories, planning and executing user acceptance testing, and providing support for deployment (total span is 25-30)
- Work closely with portfolio management and capability leadership in managing financial performance for annual capital, ensuring prioritized initiatives remain on-budget, allotted capital is utilized effectively and value return is tracked through the process from initial confirmation to business enablement
- Provide solid leadership and judgment and act with integrity and accountability
- Effectively maintain and build relationships across business and technology groups
- Lead in a complex, matrixed organization
- Create a team-oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and cost management
- Require quality assurance, adequate testing methods are implemented for all capability work

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business or systems analysis, business architecture, and/or program management involving software development
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and industry frameworks such as NCPDP, FHIR, HL7, SCRIPT, and/or related pharmacy/provider data exchange standards
- Experience being accountable & communicating with senior leadership (SVP level and higher)
- Experience developing a product or capability strategy using Agile or similar methodology
- Experience leading through a matrixed organization in a sometimes-ambiguous role
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more individuals with positive employee experience results
- Experience leading a virtual team
Preferred Qualifications:
- P&L Ownership
- Experience working with EHR platforms, health systems, interoperability aggregators, ePrescribing networks, pharmacy technology vendors, and/or other provider ecosystem partners
- Experience with digital capabilities and/or cloud-native applications
- Experience in Rally and/or Aha!
- Client-facing experience or experience representing capability strategy, roadmap, and business value to external stakeholders

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
